Our shopping
cart does not include shipping at this time. Your shipping costs will
be calculated manually, and you will be invoiced with a complete total for your order as
soon as possible. .Shipping is from Pryor, Oklahoma, zip code 74361. We will
ship by United States Post Office if your flashpoint is over 200 or you have items that do
not have a flashpoint. Otherwise we will utilize FEDEX, unless you state
specifically UPS. Sales tax will be charged to all Oklahoma customers, unless you
send a copy of your sales tax permit. It is our privilege to handle your package and
we thank you for this opportunity. Oklahoma customers only we can ship by parcel
post and you will generally get your package within one to two days. Our flashpoints
are within the regulations for ground shipping and parcel post goes by the guidelines of
ground shipping.
Shipping disclaimer:
We
do our absolute best to make sure your items are packaged properly. We seal each
bottle with electrical tape and ziplock your oils in plastic bags. However, should
your package arrive in unacceptable condition, REFUSE shipment from the delivery driver.
If you are not there when your package is delivered, please contact the appropriate
carrier (FEDEX, UPS, USPS) IMMEDIATELY with any damage, leakage or spills. You must
retain all original packaging materials for the claim to be processed properly. When
packages leave our facility they are in excellent condition. Once they are put
into the hands of our carrier's they are no longer our responsibility. We cannot
replace items due to shipper handling, this is why they are insured. You must file a
claim, and get a claim number from the carrier. Please forward the claim
number to us via email
so that we may assist you in any way possible with your endeavor.
Local customers
may pick up their orders with a twelve hour notice, however, we do not have a warehouse or
showroom for you to sit and sniff samples. We work in a confined space and due to
insurance regulations customers are not allowed in our pouring area. We are happy to
accommodate you and save you money, by allowing you to pick up orders with notice.
We make frequent trips to both Tulsa and Broken Arrow and can meet you in those areas as
well.
Payments accepted
are Paypal (and credit cards accepted through Paypal). You do not have to be a
member, nor do you have to join Paypal to use this merchant service. NO COD.
We reserve the right to refuse service to
anyone for any reason at anytime. Should we accept a
business check, return checks will incur a
$50.00 fee to cover our banking costs and you will not be allowed to order from us again
till you clear the matter up. From that point on you will be required to pay in an
alternate form of payment.
Cancellations
of orders on your part, or ours, will result in a $25.00 restocking fee, no exceptions.
We
do not ship on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on Friday night,
please don't
expect to hear from us till Monday morning. We will do our best to handle orders in
a timely fashion. If we have an unexpected delay we will post to the website and our
yahoo group and yahoo newsletter group.
Your customer
information is private and we respect your privacy. We share this
information with no one. Credit card numbers do not remain on file, for this
reason.
Due to the
sensitivity and quality issues with our items we do not accept returns on
fragrance oils. Should you need to return any other products please contact us with
your reason why and we will work with you for a suitable arrangement.

All of OFS's fragrances are custom made. These oils are provided for evaluation and
testing by you, the consumer, without any representations or warranties by us concerning
the compatibility with any of your products, formulations or other uses. It is
solely the responsibility of the consumer to evaluate, test and determine the suitability
of the fragrances in your product.
The user assumes all risk of
use of any product made from these formulations whether or not in accordance with any
directions or suggestions of this supplier.
